Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing me for your photo session. Please review my cancellation policy carefully before making your booking. By proceeding with the reservation, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is not confirmed until your payment is received by e-transfer. Please ensure that the location, time, and date of your photo session are accurate before making the payment.

Cancellation Policy:
1. **Within 24 Hours: Non-refundable**
   - Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled photo session will be non-refundable. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the short notice, I am unable to offer a refund for cancellations within this timeframe.


2. **Within 48 Hours: 50% Refund**
   - Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled photo session will be eligible for a 50% refund. I appreciate your understanding that preparations and arrangements are made in advance, and this policy allows for a partial refund within a reasonable timeframe.


3. **More than 48 Hours: Full Refund**
   - If you need to cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled photo session, you are eligible for a full refund. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in providing sufficient notice for cancellations.


To initiate a cancellation, please contact me with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
Please note that the refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment. It may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
